The G.I.R.L.S Programme

We understand that as girls in Year 5 and 6 prepare for secondary school, they face both academic and social-emotional challenges.

The G.I.R.L.S. programme—Growth, Identity, Resilience, Leadership, and Self-worth—helps them navigate these challenges in a fun and supportive way.

​

Through the programme, girls will build confidence, develop leadership skills, manage friendships, embrace challenges with a growth mindset, and discover their strengths and passions.

Key details

  • The G.I.R.L.S. programme is a five-week programme run over five 90-minute sessions.

​

  • Includes workbooks/resources and on completion, the girls gain two months FREE access to the Serenity For Girls Online Academy.

​

  • Workshops delivered adaptable to fit your timetable.

​​

  • Max of twelve girls per session.

  • Can I choose individual workshops?
    Yes, this is something that we can certainly do. Please get in touch at hello@serenityforgirls.co.uk so that we can discuss this further.
  • Do you offer taster sessions?
    Yes If you would like a free taster session then please get in contact via hello@serenityforgirls.co.uk and we can discuss this further
  • Do we need to provide you with anything on the day?
    A whiteboard or a flip chart pad and paper would be useful. I will be providing all other resources and equipment.
  • Will you be taking pictures?
    Yes. But please be reassured any images will be used for promotional purposes only and will not be sold or used for any other commercial uses. When making your booking you will have the option to either decline or give your consent.
  • Do you hold the required requisitions to work with children?
    Yes, I hold a full enhanced DBS certificate. I am a registered nurse, first aid trained. I have public liability insurance in place. Please see our policies HERE
