We currently only deliver to the UK.

 

We use Royal Mail 2nd class postage (postage included).

Expected delivery times

Royal Mail aims to deliver all 2nd class post within 2-3 working days.

​

Please note that due to the current demand on Royal Mail we cannot be held solely responsibility if your item/s does not arrive within the time frames above however, we will try our best to assist in any way we can.

Please give your item/s at least 7 working days before you contact us in relation to a missing order.

Returns

All sales and subscriptions made on our Site are considered final.  We pack every order with the utmost care, but if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit, let us know by emailing hello@serenityforgirls.co.uk, and we’ll get a replacement out to you asap.

The Company has a return policy in line with distance selling laws, if there is a problem or defect with any product delivered by Serenity For Girls we will do our utmost to rectify the problem.  If your child ‘does not like’ the product, then the product can be returned at the customer's expense, as stated by distance selling laws.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item/s.  Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
